Seller. The purchase itself is made from Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as authorised reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms of sale and refund policy apply to the transaction, and Lemon Squeezy issues your invoice. These terms govern the licence to use the kit.

Product. A licence key that unlocks the generation and download of the “CRA Kit” document set for one product (as named by you in the kit form), for an unlimited number of regenerations, on up to 5 browsers. The free tools (scope test, scanner, previews) are provided without payment and without warranty.

Price. As displayed at checkout (currently €79), taxes computed by Lemon Squeezy according to your location.

Delivery. Immediately after payment: the licence key is e-mailed by Lemon Squeezy and shown on the confirmation page. Unlocking happens in your browser by pasting the key.

Right of withdrawal (consumers). The kit is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Unlocking requires you to tick a box by which you expressly request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); French Consumer Code, Art. L221-28 13°). A confirmation of that consent is written into the first generated document, which serves as the durable medium. Keep it. Until you unlock, you may withdraw within 14 days by e-mail and will be refunded.

What this is not. CRA Kit provides document templates generated from your inputs and the text of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847. It is not legal advice. It does not assess your actual security. It does not certify or guarantee compliance with any law. You remain responsible for the content you publish and file. For important or critical products, or where legal exposure is material, seek professional advice.

Warranty and liability. We warrant that the service functions as described. If it does not, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Licence. The generated documents are yours. Use, edit and publish them freely for the licensed product. The templates, site and code remain ours (the CLI is MIT-licensed separately).

Updates. Templates may be updated as guidance evolves. Regenerating with your key gives you the current version at no extra cost. We may discontinue the service with 3 months' notice, and downloaded kits remain usable.

Law and disputes. French law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumer mediation: [name and address of the consumer mediator to be designated, see imprint] (Articles L612-1 and L616-1 of the French Consumer Code). The statutory conformity guarantee for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq.) applies to consumers regardless of the limitation above.
